三、申請資格

（一）自費生申請資格

1.申請人須為非中國國籍公民，持有效外國護照。如原中國公民移民外國后申請以國際學生身份進入我校進行研究生階段學習，必須持有有效外國護照或國籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年(截至入學年度的4月30日前)內有在國外實際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實際在國外居住滿9個月可按一年計算，以入境和出境簽章為準）

2.申請人須品行端正，遵守中國政府的法律、法規(guī)和學校的規(guī)章制度。

3.申請人須身體健康，符合中國高等院校體檢標準及相應專業(yè)錄取條件要求。

4.申請人原則上須年滿18周歲，不超過35周歲。

5.申請人須完成高中學業(yè)，具有高中畢業(yè)證書，且高中階段主修過物理、化學、生物，成績須達到臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)的入學要求，符合相應專業(yè)錄取條件。

（二）河南省外國留學生政府獎學金項目生申請資格

1.申請人須滿足以上自費生申請資格要求。

2.申請人須達到漢語水平考試（HSK）4級以上(含4級)。

3.申請人須在已獲得的各學習階段各科考試成績均為B及以上或學業(yè)平均分達到80分及以上。

4.申請人須填寫并上傳《河南省外國留學生政府獎學金申請表》（格式見“提交材料模板6”）。

III. Eligibility Criteria

(A) Self-funded Applicants

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports. Those who were Chinese citizens and later immigrated abroad, applying to our university as international students for graduate studies, must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certificates for 4 years or more, with a record of residing abroad for at least 2 years within the past 4 years (as of April 30 of the enrollment year), with actual residence abroad for 9 months or more in a year calculated as one year, based on entry and exit stamps.

2. Applicants must have good conduct and abide by Chinese government laws, regulations, and school rules.

3. Applicants must be in good health, meeting the physical examination standards of Chinese higher education institutions and the relevant admission requirements of the respective majors.

4. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, ideally not exceeding 35 years old.

5. Applicants must have completed high school education, possess a high school diploma, and have studied physics, chemistry, and biology as major subjects during high school. Their grades must meet the admission requirements for the clinical medicine major and the corresponding program's criteria.

(B) Henan Provincial Government Scholarship Applicants

1. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for self-funded applicants mentioned above.

2. Applicants must have a Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 4 or higher.

3. Applicants must have achieved a grade of B or above in all subjects in each stage of study or an overall GPA of 80 or above.

4. Applicants must fill in and upload the Application Form for Henan Government Scholarships for Foreign Students (format as per “Material Submission Template 6”).

四、申請辦法

申請人須在規(guī)定時間內通過新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學院來華留學生信息管理系統(tǒng)進行網上申請和錄取。(https://xxmu.at0086.cn/student)

注意事項：申請材料提交后，學校不予退還，重要材料請?zhí)崆皞浞荨?/p>

IV. Application Procedure

Applicants must apply online through the Xinxiang Medical University’s Information Management System for International Students within the specified timeframe. (https://xxmu.at0086.cn/student)

Note: After submitting application materials, the school will not refund them, so please ensure to back up important documents in advance.

五、申請材料

1.新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學院國際學生入學申請表：表格按要求填寫，并粘貼照片（格式見“提交材料模板1”）。

2.自我介紹視頻：一分鐘以內。

3.護照原件掃描件：必須是有效的普通護照。

4.最高學歷、學位證明：須為中文或英文證書原件或公證件掃描件；在讀學生由就讀學校提供所學專業(yè)、預計畢業(yè)時間的證明（格式見“提交材料模板2”）。

5.最高學歷成績單：須為中文或英文原件或公證件掃描件。

6.個人陳述（含研究計劃）：400字左右，中文/英文撰寫（格式見“提交材料模板3”）。

7.語言考試成績單掃描件：漢語水平考試（HSK）或英語水平考試成績單。

8.《外國人體格檢查表》掃描件：申請人須前往當地正規(guī)醫(yī)療機構嚴格按照表中所列項目進行體格檢查，向學校提供中/英文填寫、由醫(yī)師簽字確認并加蓋印章的檢查表原件掃描件。2024年3月之后的體檢結果視為有效。

9.無犯罪記錄證明掃描件：目前在華的申請人須提供由當地出入境管理部門或公安機關出具的在華無犯罪記錄證明；目前不在華的申請人須提供由本國公共安全管理部門出具的無犯罪記錄證明。

10.銀行出具的經費擔保證明或擔保人提供的經費擔保證明：要求5萬人民幣以上（河南省政府獎學金生無需提供）。

11.國際學生在華事務擔保人擔保書：擔保人應為中華人民共和國公民，且本人親筆簽字（18歲以下必填，格式見“提交材料模板5”）。

V. Application Materials

1. Xinxiang Medical University International Student Admission Application Form: Fill out the form as required and attach a photo (format as per “Material Submission Template 1”).

2. Self-introduction video: Within one minute.

3. Scan of original passport: Must be a valid ordinary passport.

4. Highest academic degree/diploma certificate: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy; degrees awarded by non-Chinese institutions must be certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education, P.R.C., providing a degree certificate verification certificate; students who hasn’t graduate must provide a proof of major and expected graduation time issued by their school (format as per “Material Submission Template 2”).

5. Transcript of highest academic degree: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy.

6. Personal statement (including research plan): Approximately 400 words for Master’s degree, written in Chinese/English (format as per “Material Submission Template 3”).

7. Scan of language test score: Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), English proficiency test score.

8. Scan of “Foreigner Physical Examination Form”: Applicants must undergo a physical examination at a local reputable medical institution according to the items listed in the form, providing a scanned copy of the original form filled out in Chinese/English, signed and stamped by a physician. Results of examinations conducted after March 2024 are considered valid.

9. Scan of non-criminal record certificate: Applicants currently in China must provide a non-criminal record certificate issued by the local entry-exit administration or public security agency; applicants not currently in China must provide a non-criminal record certificate issued by their country’s public security management department.

10. Financial guarantee certificate issued by a bank or guarantor: Required amount is above 50,000 RMB (Henan Provincial Government Scholarship recipients are exempt).

11. Guarantee letter for international student affairs in China: The guarantor must be a Chinese citizen and personally sign the letter (mandatory for those under 18, format as per “Material Submission Template 5”).

六、錄取流程

（一）提交入學申請

申請人須在規(guī)定時間內通過新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學院來華留學生信息管理系統(tǒng)進行網上申請，申請入口xxmu.at0086.cn/student。

申請截止日期：2024年10月10日，逾期不予受理。

（二）資格審查及面試

學校組織專家進行資格審查、入學考核，確定擬錄取名單。

（三）發(fā)放通知書

學校確認學生學習意向后，將《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）通過在線申請系統(tǒng)，發(fā)送至學生系統(tǒng)填報郵箱。

（四）辦理簽證

申請人在接到我校錄取通知書和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）后，自行到中國大使館或總領事館辦理簽證手續(xù)。

（五）報到注冊

申請人在錄取通知書上規(guī)定的報到截止日期前，持錄取通知書及所有申請材料的原件、復印件到我校報到。

報到截止日期：2024年10月30日。因故不能按期報到者，應提前向我校提交證明材料辦理請假手續(xù)，請假時間最長不得超過2周，經批準后方可延期入學，否則取消入學資格。

VI. Admission Process

(A) Submission of Admission Application

Applicants must submit an online application through the Xinxiang Medical University’s Information Management System for International Students (xxmu.at0086.cn/student) within the specified timeframe.

Application Deadline: October 10th, 2024, late applications will not be accepted.

(B) Qualification Review and Interview

The school organizes experts to conduct qualification reviews and entrance examinations, and confirms the list of intended admissions.

(C) Issuance of Admission Notice

Upon confirmation of the student’s intention to study, the school will send the “Admission Letter” and “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) to the student’s designated email through the online application system.

(D) Visa Processing

Applicants, upon receiving the Admission Notice and “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) from our school, shall proceed to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General to process their visa.

(E) Registration

Applicants shall report to the school before the deadline specified in the Admission Notice, bringing the original and copies of all application materials.

Registration Deadline: October 30th, 2024. Applicants unable to register on time shall submit proof of their situation to apply for leave in advance, with a maximum leave period of 2 weeks upon approval. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of admission qualification.
